Is the 1st year anniversary of AIADMK Government a boon or a curse to people???

The Government led by Dr.J.Jayalalitha has successfully completed its first year. Many questions arise at this stage. The major problems in Tamilnadu when Ms.Jayalalitha came to power were Power cut,Land Grabbing,Law and order, Rowdism, debt of Tamilnadu. In this Electricity problem is solved in a greater extent. Many people can sole heartedly say how far it has improved when compared to previous regime.Next many people complain about the price rise of bus fare, milk and electricity charges. The debt of TNEB has raised from 4000 crore in 2006 to 40000 crore in 2011.This is ten times higher. If this is not solved then TNEB should be handed over to private sector and that impact will be worst.Hence this action should be taken and this is unavoidable.Next rise of bus fare. The bus fare was not raised for the past 10 years.Among the public sector corporation Transport Corporation is in the worst situation. Is the price of diesel the same as it was in 2000???Are the salaries of  employees the same as it was in 2000.The answer is obviously no.

In my opinion a state or a country will have a growth or development only when the price is raised.Because only when the price is raised development can happen. But I too agree that price hike should be optimal and bearable by people. But we should also realize that the price hike was not there for many years.Instead of this zig zag rise I would suggest  a constant price rise every year and it should be minimal so that people will not be affected. But it is not possible as the Government changes for every 5 years and hence the policies also change. Then next comes the Land grabbing problem.I think many innocent people were benefitted after the accused people were arrested in this land grabbing cases. In my opinion unlike the previous regime which got all the necessary help from the centre ,the present government performs well eventhough there is no help from the centre.Hence it is better than the previous Government.
