The Congress has gifted Nitish Kumar after he extended support to the Presidency Candidate Pranab Mukherjee. Apart from increasing the Annual Plan Expenditure by 30 percent the Planning commission has assured to allocate more funds to Bihar in its 12th Plan. By just supporting the UPA candidate Nitish Kumar has gained a lot for Bihar. Union Minister Jairam Ramesh has cleared Rs.915 crores for the state which was not cleared because of the rivalry between the State and the Center in the past years.Congress has also promised to give a special package to Bihar.See the situation in India.In my opinion the Central Government should serve as a Mother to all the States.It is not right to support only the allies’ states.The same thing happened before a few years in Tamilnadu.
When Kalaigar Karunanidhi was ruling the state Congress supported him to a great extent. In spite of that support the state was not flourishing because of his bad administration.The Congress has immediately cancelled all the packages to Tamilnadu when AIADMK came to power.This was explicitly done but nothing can be done by anyone.At this time I have to appreciate Narendra Modi because his state is the first in all aspects without any support from the center. During Independence all the states were in the hands of Congress.Hence the Congress obviously treated all the states equally.Gradually Congress began to lose many of the states because of its bad administration.Obviously the partiality developed and that led to this disruption.But the sadest part in this is the situation is going to get worse because no National Party either BJP or Congress is going to get majority in the 2014 elections.So its going to be a group of states’ administration rather than a single party administration…………..Lets see what is going to happen in 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
